Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, your role will include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries via email, chat, or other channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Delivering personalized, culturally aligned customer support to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilizing and improving customer support scripts to ensure consistent and empathetic communication.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Tracking and reporting on customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients’ services and products to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Adapting communication styles to suit diverse international customers and business partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and German at C1 level (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
- Experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
